His field of expertise includes the financial, franchise, retail petroleum, health & beauty care and hospitality industries. He has authored several books on sales techniques and customer service. Kuff previously served as vice president public relations for the L.A. office of Hakuhodo, Inc., the world's 11th largest advertising agency. Former clients include All Nippon Airways, Kenwood, NEC, Marriott Hotels and the Flower Council of Holland.

Jo-Ann Stabile, Account Director

Jo-Ann Stabile is a leading authority in the advertising, marketing, brand development and packaging industries. She has developed logos and point-of-sale package design for major brands from Proctor & Gamble, Neutrogena, Hohnson & Johnson, Rembrandt and Max Factor to Mattel, Disney and Nickelodeon. Stabile once handled more than 600 design projects for Vidal Sassoon in a single year and has received several packaging and design industry awards.
